His experience in working with state and local governments, as well as private and non-profit business provides his client with experience to meet their needs. Bill Phelps maintains and active role in the State and community serving as the former two term chairman of the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation Commission. Bill was appointed to this commission by Governor Frank Keating and unanimously approved by the state Senate of Oklahoma. He also serves on the foundation board of Cameron University. He has previously served on the boards of Oklahoma Gas Association, Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce, Lawton Chamber of Commerce, United Way, Temple Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and Special Olympics and was appointed to Workforce Oklahoma.
